Can I still cancel or change my order?
If you've already completed your order, you can't cancel it. If you'd like to reorder items, you can as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. In that case, please email brand.ies@hotmail.com . Did you enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 14-day warranty on all items. We do not offer a washing guarantee. If any problems arise after washing, this is your own responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this.
If your item(s) contain a manufacturing defect or something else, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt at brand.ies@hotmail.com . We appreciate receiving photos so we can assist you as best as possible. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of receipt, we can no longer offer a warranty.
We do not guarantee loops or hooks in crocheted sweaters or cardigans.
We do not guarantee any holes that are not reported within 24 hours.
Will items in my shopping cart be reserved?
Unfortunately, the items in your shopping cart aren't reserved. This means an item in your shopping cart might disappear because someone else has already purchased it!
How long does it take to receive my order?
If you order before 4 PM on a weekday, your package will be shipped today. In most cases, you'll receive your package the next business day!
